Abstract

DESIGN OF WEB-BASED ORDERING AND SALES REPORTING INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: Indokonveksi, Yogyakarta) Chrisnu Firmansyah Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta Email: [email protected] ABSTRACT Indokonveksi is one of the garment business actors in Yogyakarta that still faces obstacles in the process of recording orders, reporting sales, and monitoring production because there is no integrated information system. This problem has an impact on operational inefficiency, the risk of recording errors, and delays in preparing reports. This study aims to design and build a web-based ordering and sales reporting information system that is integrated with the production monitoring process. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing using the black box testing method. The system is built using the Laravel framework and the Filament package, and consists of three user portals: admin, owner, and production. The test results show that the system can function well in supporting the process of recording orders, managing invoices, tracking production, and creating sales reports. This system is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and support managerial decision making at Indokonveksi. Keywords: Information System, Ordering, Sales, Production, Web, Laravel, Filament.
