Abstract

ABSTRACT Taxation training still faces obstacles due to the lack of an integrated management system, such as participant monitoring and evaluation of training results which are still carried out manually. This study offers a solution in the form of a web-based training management system using the Learning Management System (LMS). The development method used is waterfall, through the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and system application. This system is equipped with registration features, material management, online exams, grades, digital certificates, and chat. As a result, this system simplifies the training process, increases the efficiency of the company's work, and provides a more structured learning experience for participants.
