Abstract
ABSTRACT CV Pulung Perkasa is a business engaged in the sale of building materials located in Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Currently, the sales system that is running is experiencing several obstacles such as difficulty in rearranging sales data, finding out the number of goods quickly and accurately, expanding marketing reach, and minimal product promotion. To overcome this problem, the solution implemented is to design and develop a web-based building material sales information system. This system allows customers to access product information, make orders, and pay online. The system design methods used are database design, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), table relations, and interface design. The database used in this design is MySQL. This web-based sales information system is expected to increase efficiency in managing sales data, orders, purchases, and inventory, as well as expanding the market reach of CV Pulung Perkasa. The output of this system is in the form of sales and purchase reports that assist in business performance analysis and strategic decision making.
