Abstract

ABSTRACT PKU Muhammadiyah Berbah Clinic is an outpatient health service facility that was established on March 14, 2000. This clinic has two main polyclinics and obstetric services and one pharmacy that is responsible for drug management. However, the process of managing drug inventory in the pharmacy is still done manually, which has the potential to cause various problems such as recording errors, empty or excess drug stock, and delays in reporting. These problems have an impact on the effectiveness of services and management decision making. This study aims to design a web-based drug stock control information system to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of drug management at PKU Muhammadiyah Berbah Clinic. This system is designed to support the process of recording, monitoring, and reporting incoming and outgoing drug stock in real-time. With this system, it is expected to help doctors, pharmacists, and leaders in the stock monitoring process, avoid empty or excess stock, and accelerate decision making in drug procurement. The results of this development are expected to be a solution in more integrated and automated drug inventory management at PKU Muhammadiyah Berbah Clinic. Keywords: Information System, Stock Control, Clinic, Drug, Web, Real-time.
