Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to design and build a web-based corporate governance information system at PT Simpul Reka Citra, a digital agency in Yogyakarta. This system is designed to improve efficiency in inter-divisional communication, work progress monitoring, and employee resource management. The development process began with a system requirements analysis covering employee work management, attendance, leave, and travel. Key features integrated into this system include automatic notifications, a dashboard for project progress monitoring, and more structured employee data management. The system development results demonstrate increased efficiency in inter-divisional coordination, more accurate task management, and more accessible attendance and leave management. This web-based system is expected to support PT Simpul Reka Citra in improving the company's productivity and service quality.
