Abstract

Synchronization of a Web-Based Sales Information System with a Marketplace (Case Study: Eltoro Sport Jogja) Husen Muzaki Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta Email: [email protected] ABSTRACT The Eltoro Sport shoe store faces challenges in recording sales transactions, which are still done manually, resulting in the risk of stock recording errors and transaction data loss. This final project aims to design and implement a web-based sales information system synchronized with the marketplace to address these issues. The procedures included observation, interviews, literature review, needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using black box methods. The developed system is capable of handling sales transactions between physical stores and marketplaces, automatically recording data, updating stock in real time, and providing accurate sales reports. Implementation results indicate that the system can reduce recording errors, increase performance efficiency, and provide fast and accurate access to information for store owners. Thus, the designed information system has successfully addressed the problem formulation and provided an effective solution for managing sales and inventory at the Eltoro Sport Shoe Store.
