Abstract

ABSTRACT Taruna Al Quran Islamic Kindergarten in Sleman is an educational institution that implements the Independent Curriculum with six aspects of child development, including Surah Memorization, Tarbiyah and BTQ, Religious Values and Character, Identity, Literacy Basics, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Arts, as well as the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). However, this kindergarten faces challenges in the form of data redundancy, inconsistencies in recording, and delays in submitting reports in the implementation of learning evaluation and reporting. This study aims to design and implement a website-based learning monitoring information system to improve data management efficiency and information accuracy. The method used is the Enterprise Architecture (EA) approach with the TOGAF ADM framework to design the overall system architecture, including the design of an integrated database. The test results show that the developed system is able to meet the specified functional and non-functional requirements, as well as increase data access speed and accuracy compared to previous manual methods. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a database-based information system is able to overcome data management problems and provide an effective solution in supporting the evaluation and reporting process at Taruna Al Quran Islamic Kindergarten.
