Abstract
ABSTRAK SDN 1 Pengalusan is located in Pengalusan Village, Mrebet District, Purbalingga Regency. Currently, the school is facing the problem of manually recording student report cards using Microsoft Word, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. To address this, a computerized report card assessment information system is needed. This new web-based system allows homeroom teachers to input assessment data directly into the system, which then automatically processes and stores the data. This significantly reduces time and minimizes errors. The resulting design encompasses a process model, data model, database structure, inter-table relationships, and interface. The implementation of the design has resulted in an information system that can provide academic data information, process report card data, and generate reports. The system's key features function well and meet the company's needs. In conclusion, the implementation of this information system simplifies report card assessment and improves operational efficiency in report card data management at SD N 1 Pengalusan.
