Abstract

The food and beverage (F&B) industry is experiencing rapid market growth and intense competition, requiring well-formulated strategies to maintain business stability and support expansion. Toleransi Kopi in Banyuraden, as part of this sector, needs a reliable approach to extract meaningful insights from its sales data. This study applies data mining techniques to analyze transaction data and identify purchasing patterns that can serve as the basis for business decision-making and promotional strategies. The research specifically employs the Apriori algorithm to discover itemset frequently purchased together by calculating support values and generating association rules that meet a defined confidence threshold. The parameters used in this study include a minimum support of 30% and a minimum confidence of 80%. The results yielded four association rules, with the strongest rule indicating that customers who purchase Taro also tend to buy Coffee Creamy, with a confidence level of 85.99%. These findings offer strategic insights into consumer behavior and support the development of targeted marketing efforts. Keywords: Apriori, Association Rules, Confidence, Data Mining, Support
