Abstract
Auto Diesel Store is an agricultural supply retailer offering a wide range of farming tools at affordable prices. However, its inventory management process still relies on manual record-keeping, with stock entries and withdrawals logged conventionally. This approach often results in inefficiencies and discrepancies between recorded inventory and actual stock levels. To address this issue, a stock monitoring application was developed using QR Code scanning technology, enabling faster, more accurate, and real-time data collection. The mobile application was built using Java in Android Studio, with PHP managing the server-side logic, and XAMPP with a MySQL database handling data storage. Unified Modelling Language (UML) was employed during system design to visualize application structure and user interaction workflows. The resulting system allows the store owner to monitor and manage inventory more effectively and efficiently through the integration of digital technology. This solution is expected to enhance accuracy, streamline operations, and reduce errors in stock tracking.
