Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has driven businesses to innovate in order to improve service efficiency, including at Hurip Store, which previously relied on manual processes for sales and order transactions. This study aims to develop a web-mobile-based online ordering system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which allows for faster development cycles and enhanced customer service. The system enables customers to place orders remotely and view real-time product availability. Implementation followed the stages of analysis, design, development, and testing. Black box testing was used to evaluate the system’s functionality from the user's perspective. Testing results showed a 94.17% success rate on the customer-facing application and a 93% success rate on the admin website. This system significantly streamlines the ordering process, reduces data entry errors, and improves overall customer satisfaction with the store’s services.
