Abstract

State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 2 Kulon Progo is a public Islamic senior high school located in Kulon Progo, consisting of two units: Unit 1, which accommodates 12th-grade classes, and Unit 2, which serves as the main building, skill center, and extracurricular hub. In the 2023/2024 academic year, the school offered 24 extracurricular programs. While the wide range of programs attracts student interest, it also presents significant challenges in managing extracurricular activities, such as inefficient student registration, disorganized data management, and high risk of recording errors. This study aims to develop a web and mobile-based application to streamline extracurricular management at MAN 2 Kulon Progo. The system was built using PHP for the web-based application and JavaScript for the mobile-based version. The data processed includes student records, extracurricular programs, instructor data, and faculty advisors, all sourced from school archives. The result is an extracurricular management application that enhances efficiency in organizing student activities through a structured digital platform. The web application is designed for instructors and faculty advisors, while the mobile application is tailored for student users. Keywords: Madrasah, Extracurricular, Skills, Web and Mobile.
