Abstract

The increasing demand for makeup services for events such as weddings, graduations, and parties has driven service providers to implement more efficient reservation and scheduling systems. However, Tanti MakeUp Studio still uses a manual booking system, which leads to inefficiencies, record-keeping errors, and limited customer accessibility. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based reservation system for makeup artist services using the Flutter framework and Firebase as the backend service. The development process adopts the Agile methodology to ensure flexibility in accommodating user needs. The resulting application features user registration, service package selection, scheduling, payment confirmation, and an admin interface for managing service data and reservations. Black box testing confirms that all application features function as intended. Additionally, user feedback collected via questionnaires indicates high satisfaction levels with the application's usability and effectiveness. Therefore, the system successfully optimizes the digital reservation process for makeup artist services efficiently and effectively.
