Abstract
This study aims to design and implement a web-mobile-based employee attendance system using QR code technology at PT Cakra Radha Mustika Yogyakarta. The system is developed to replace the manual attendance method, which is considered inefficient, prone to manipulation, and complicates attendance recapitulation. Through this system, employees can independently record their attendance by scanning a QR code at designated locations using mobile devices. The research methodology includes a case study approach, interviews with company personnel to identify system requirements, structured system design, web-mobile implementation, and system functionality testing. The resulting system enables QR code-based check-ins and allows administrators to download detailed attendance reports. Performance testing using GTMetrix showed excellent results with 100% scores in both performance and structure categories, and a Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) of 226 ms. For future enhancement, the addition of a payroll slip feature on the admin dashboard is recommended to assist the HR department in managing, viewing, and downloading centralized payroll data for all employees.
