Abstract
Tempe home industries face significant challenges in accurately predicting raw material requirements. The implementation of an effective prediction system can help estimate future tempeh production levels, thereby preventing raw material shortages. Moreover, with accurate forecasting, tempeh producers can better manage soybean stock—especially during supply shortages—ensuring that production is not disrupted by rising soybean prices. This study aims to develop a prediction system based on the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic Algorithm to address these issues. The research methodology includes the collection of historical production data, the design of a fuzzy model, and system testing. Preliminary results indicate that the developed system can enhance prediction accuracy by up to 95%, ultimately reducing production costs and minimizing raw material waste.
