Abstract
Belakangan Coffee, a coffee shop located in Karimun Regency, Riau Islands, offers a variety of coffee-based drinks, non-coffee beverages, and food. Its operations still rely on a conventional manual transaction recording system, which presents challenges such as difficulty in sales tracking, risk of recording errors, and lack of support for digital payment methods. This study aims to develop a web-mobile-based Point of Sale (POS) system to optimize transaction processes and streamline operational management. The POS system was built using a client-server approach with REST API architecture. The backend was developed in Go with PostgreSQL as the relational database, the managerial web application was built using React, and the mobile application was developed with Flutter. The system integrates transaction processing, menu management, user account control, reporting features, and digital payment through a payment gateway. Additionally, the mobile app supports thermal printer integration for receipt printing. The resulting POS system significantly enhances transaction recording and enables more structured reporting for Belakangan Coffee. Keywords: Point of Sale, Payment Gateway, Mobile, Website, REST API.
