Abstract
The service business sector continues to experience rapid growth; however, many service providers still rely on manual systems for order processing and customer data management. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based Android application for shoe cleaning services, with Pojok Shoescare as the case study. The application is intended to simplify the online booking process for customers and assist administrators in managing orders and customer data more efficiently. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which offers flexibility and accelerates the development process to better align with user needs. The final system consists of a mobile application built in Android Kotlin, a web service using Node.js, and an admin panel developed in PHP, with MySQL as the database management system. Test results indicate that the application functions effectively and meets user requirements for service booking, status tracking, and digital transaction reporting. This application is expected to enhance service quality and improve operational efficiency at Pojok Shoescare.
