Abstract
This study aims to develop an Android-based ice cream ordering application for the business “Es Krim Pak Wagiman” using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach. The development stages include system requirements analysis, design using use case and class diagrams, implementation with the Kotlin programming language via Android Studio, and PostgreSQL as the database system. Application functionality was evaluated through black box testing to ensure each feature operated as intended. The results showed that all features performed well and aligned with the design specifications. The application enables customers to place orders digitally, enhancing convenience and accelerating the transaction process. For future development, it is recommended to add an automatic location-locking feature from the user’s device to allow direct coordinate detection without manual input, thereby making the ordering process more practical and accurate.
