Abstract
A mobile-based online sales system application was developed to support MSMEs, particularly New Delisio Bakery Cake, in increasing sales and expanding market reach. Currently, business operations are still conducted conventionally, limiting growth potential. This solution was designed using the waterfall methodology, encompassing analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases. The application was built with React Native for the front end and Express.js with MongoDB for the back end. User testing results indicated a success rate of 92.52%, with 91.11% for user interaction and 100% for admin tasks. The application effectively enhanced operational efficiency and improved user experience. These findings demonstrate that MSMEs have strong potential to successfully transition to digital platforms through structured development and the use of mobile technology.
