Abstract

P4S Sidemen is a self-managed agricultural training center located in Karang Sidemen Village, Central Lombok Regency, offering modern agricultural training and plant seed procurement services. However, its procurement and sales processes are still performed manually, resulting in distribution inefficiencies, limited access to information, and a restricted market reach. To address these issues, this study developed an Android-based mobile application aimed at digitizing the procurement and sales workflow of plant seeds. The application enables farmers to access real-time inventory data, place orders seamlessly, and enhance distribution efficiency. Developed using Flutter for the front-end and MySQL for the back-end, the system was tested through black box testing to ensure functional reliability. The results confirmed that the application operates effectively in line with user requirements and is ready for deployment. This solution is expected to improve accessibility, organization, and efficiency in the seed distribution process at P4S Sidemen. Keywords: Procurement; Sales; Plant Seeds; Mobile Application
