Abstract
This study aims to develop and implement an Android-based beverage ordering application for the “Kaki Langit” coffeeshop, with a focus on enhancing ordering efficiency, customer experience, and order management. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, system design, application development, testing, and evaluation. The application enables customers to view the menu, place orders, make payments, and track order statuses in real time. It is also equipped with additional features such as promotional offerings, customer reviews, and push notifications. The backend system utilizes web service technology to integrate seamlessly with the cafe’s management system. Testing results demonstrate improvements in operational efficiency and customer convenience during the ordering process, alongside increased satisfaction regarding ease of use and service speed. The study concludes that the Android-based ordering application offers an effective solution for improving both customer service quality and operational performance at the “Kaki Langit” coffeeshop.
