Abstract

The wedding industry in Indonesia is undergoing a significant transformation driven by technological advancements and shifting consumer behavior. Today’s engaged couples increasingly rely on digital platforms to discover and book wedding-related services. This study focuses on the development of a web-mobile-based application designed to support wedding vendors in marketing their services and products more efficiently. The application addresses key challenges faced by vendors, including difficulty reaching potential clients, managing bookings, facilitating client communication, and streamlining operations to enhance customer satisfaction. The research encompasses the collection of data on wedding packages, physical invitation and souvenir products, system design, technology selection, implementation strategy, and system evaluation. The platform is developed using React JS for the web interface and React Native for mobile, both powered by JavaScript. MongoDB is used as the primary database, while Stripe is integrated as the payment gateway. The application was developed using the Agile methodology to ensure adaptability and user-driven improvements throughout the development cycle. Keywords: Wedding, Application, Web, Mobile
