Abstract

This study explores the implementation of face recognition technology to enhance employee performance and attendance management at the Central Warehouse Cooperative of the Indonesian Army (TNI AD). Conventional attendance methods are prone to fraud and inefficiencies. As a solution, a real-time, automated attendance system based on facial recognition is proposed to improve operational security and efficiency. The system was developed using the waterfall model, encompassing requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. Black-box testing results indicate a 100% success rate across all application functions, confirming that the system performs according to specifications without errors. The implementation effectively streamlines the attendance process, prevents fraudulent check-ins, and simplifies the management of leave and permissions. Additional features such as geolocation and QR code integration further enhance the effectiveness of human resource management. Keywords: Attendance, Face Recognition, Geolocation, QR Code.
