Abstract
This study aims to design and develop a web- and mobile-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for PT Prioritas Web Teknologi to address existing challenges in managing employee data, attendance, overtime, leave, and payroll. The company has been facing issues due to the manual handling of HR processes and the absence of integrated attendance and payroll records. The system focuses on streamlining the administration of employee management by enabling both HR personnel and employees to access and manage data conveniently through web and mobile platforms. The development process includes problem identification, literature review, system design, implementation, and testing. This application is designed to simplify and organize HR administrative tasks by providing features such as attendance tracking, overtime and leave requests, and salary calculations. The platform ensures that administrative processes become more structured, transparent, and accessible from various locations. Overall, this solution is tailored to meet the specific needs of PT Prioritas Web Teknologi, contributing to improved efficiency and HR service quality.
