Abstract
Job Training Center or Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK) Multi Karya faces significant challenges in efficiently managing training programs across the vast and geographically dispersed region of Central Kalimantan, where instructors often struggle to reach participants in remote areas. This situation hinders the effectiveness of training services and limits the ability to monitor participant activities. In response, this study aims to develop a mobile- and web-based Information and Monitoring System to enhance data management, improve activity tracking, and optimize the operational efficiency of the institution. The system development process follows a prototyping methodology, including needs analysis, interface design, implementation, and evaluation phases. System testing results indicate that the application functions effectively, improving scheduling management, training information access, and real-time participant activity monitoring. This research contributes to the digital transformation of vocational training services, supports the enhancement of service quality, and serves as a reference for similar institutions seeking to modernize their training operations.
