Abstract

The egg distribution process in the poultry industry still largely relies on manual methods such as paper-based records, which pose several challenges in distribution management. These manual systems are prone to recording errors, data loss, and require significant time and labor. Moreover, slow and unintegrated processes often hinder smooth distribution, making efficiency and accuracy major challenges. To address these issues, a more modern and integrated solution is needed. This study proposes the development of a mobile application specifically designed to streamline and automate the egg distribution process. The application replaces manual methods with a more structured and efficient digital system. Key features include real-time stock tracking, accurate transaction logging, and automatic notifications to alert users about low stock or scheduled deliveries. With these features, the application aims to improve operational efficiency, reduce human error in manual recording, and accelerate the overall distribution process. The implementation of mobile technology in egg distribution is expected to positively impact logistics management while enhancing customer service quality. A more organized and transparent system allows customers to access accurate information regarding stock availability and delivery schedules. Additionally, minimizing errors and improving distribution speed will enhance the overall experience for all stakeholders. Thus, the mobile application is expected to serve as an innovative and sustainable solution to effectively address challenges in egg distribution.
