Abstract
UD. Sumber Rejeki is a small enterprise engaged in the production and sale of emping mlinjo crackers, located in Dukuh Genting, Ngaliyan Village, Limpung Subdistrict, Batang Regency. As the business grows, the company has faced challenges in warehouse management and inventory record-keeping. The operational process still relies on manual bookkeeping, leading to stock discrepancies, recording errors, and inefficient distribution. With the increasing volume of transactions and item movement, the manual system has become insufficient. To address this issue, this study developed a web and mobile-based inventory reporting system to support warehouse management at UD Sumber Rejeki. The system processes data on incoming and outgoing goods, raw materials, and finished products, and generates digital reports for all warehouse activities. The system is equipped with a WhatsApp Gateway feature that automatically sends notifications to users when stock levels are low, enabling proactive stock replenishment. The application was developed using PHP for the web interface and Dart for the mobile application. The web system is designed for use by the owner, while the mobile app is intended for employee operations. Keywords: Web, Mobile, Inventory, PHP, Dart, WhatsApp Gateway.
