Abstract
The advancement of information technology has significantly impacted the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in inventory management. This study aims to design an Android-based medicine inventory management system for Aura Farma Pharmacy. The research method includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. During the needs analysis phase, inventory management processes such as stock recording, purchasing, sales, and reporting were identified. Data collection methods involved interviews, direct observation, and literature review. Based on the analysis, the system was designed with core features including stock tracking, ordering, sales management, and automated report generation. An intuitive user interface was developed to facilitate easy access and interaction for pharmacy staff, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. The system was implemented on the Android platform with an optimized database for data storage and management. Evaluation results indicate that the system improves inventory management efficiency, enhances stock tracking accuracy, and accelerates transaction processing.
