Abstract
The agricultural industry today still lacks optimal utilization of technology, resulting in limited access to market demand information and direct sales channels to consumers—major barriers to improving farmers’ welfare. Agricultural product distribution is predominantly carried out through conventional, face-to-face transactions, which are often inefficient. Advances in information and communication technology, particularly through mobile devices, offer promising solutions to these challenges. This study aims to address such issues by developing a mobile-based application designed to enhance the marketing and sale of agricultural products. The application was built using the Waterfall approach, which includes stages such as requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Flutter was used as the main programming language during system development. As a result, the application was equipped with features for product display and an effective payment system. These features were tested by 30 respondents using black box testing, with results indicating 100% functional performance. The application improves transparency and efficiency in agricultural sales while offering convenience to farmers as users. Keywords: Mobile Application, Agricultural Product Sales, Flutter, Black Box, Waterfall Model.
