Abstract

Dewa Sehat Pharmacy in Pati is a pharmaceutical company engaged in the sale of medications and health-related products. Like other enterprises, the pharmacy manages a large volume of operational data. Currently, data processing is still performed conventionally using ledger books, which results in time-consuming sales transactions, frequent recording errors, and data loss. In addition, manual records are susceptible to manipulation. To address these issues, this study developed a mobile-based inventory management system aimed at streamlining pharmaceutical sales processes. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, incorporating visual design and data flow diagrams for system modelling. The application was built using Kotlin for programming and Firebase for data storage. Black box testing with nine scenarios was conducted, yielding a 100% success rate. The resulting system improves the efficiency and accuracy of sales transactions and reporting, enabling Dewa Sehat Pharmacy to resolve its inventory and data management challenges effectively and on time.
