Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) technology in advertising and housing visualization serves to simplify the provision and presentation of information to consumers and prospective buyers in residential areas. It reduces the need for traditional promotional methods such as printed brochures, thereby minimizing paper waste and energy consumption related to information distribution. This emerging technology enhances visual engagement and increases the efficiency of information delivery. The AR application developed in this study enables the display of 3D objects and information that closely resemble real-world housing structures and can be viewed interactively from various angles. The development method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which includes several stages such as analyzing potentials and challenges through preliminary research and desk studies, as well as data collection through field observations.
