Abstract
Footle Shoes Clean is a service-based company specializing in shoe laundry, aiming to provide high-quality, fast, and reliable cleaning solutions for various footwear issues. In today’s digital era, the internet plays a vital role in everyday activities, including the growth of service-based businesses. However, a survey conducted at Footle Shoes Clean revealed that the company has not yet implemented an integrated information system. As a result, service transactions, order recording, and monthly reports are still handled manually, leading to inefficiencies. This study aims to develop an Android-based shoe laundry ordering system to help the business manage customer orders and calculate totals more efficiently. The system is built using the prototype methodology, with Android Studio as the development platform. The programming languages used include Dart and PHP, and the system integrates MySQL for database management. The resulting application is expected to streamline service transactions and provide customers with a more convenient way to place shoe laundry orders, thereby enhancing operational efficiency at Footle Shoes Clean.
