Abstract

Rantau Panjang market, a village located in Jambi Province, is currently undergoing rapid development, prompting many residents to sell their land plots. PT. Permata Enim Lestari serves as a mediator between buyers and sellers of land plots in the area. However, the management of installment payments and customer data at the company still relies on manual, handwritten records. This results in several inefficiencies, including disorganized documentation, difficulty in retrieving data, and increased risks of data loss and errors. These issues hinder the overall effectiveness of installment processing and transaction management. To address these challenges, this research presents the design and implementation of a web-mobile based system for managing land installment data and payments. The system handles administrator data, buyer profiles, land plot records, and payment transactions. Web development is carried out using Python, while the mobile application is built with Flutter. The system design incorporates UML diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and MySQL as the database management system. The resulting solution improves data handling by providing a more practical, efficient, and accurate system for both administrators and buyers, supporting smoother installment transactions and digital record-keeping.
