Abstract

Rey Motor Workshop is a business entity specializing in automotive services, particularly for two-wheeled vehicles. Like most conventional workshops, it still relies on manual operational systems, where customers must visit the location in person for maintenance services or to purchase spare parts. This traditional approach often results in inefficiencies, such as data loss related to incoming and outgoing spare parts and wasted customer time, especially when the required parts are unavailable upon arrival. To address these issues, a web and mobile-based spare part sales system was developed to digitize transaction records and enhance overall operational efficiency. This system aims to support the workshop owner in maintaining accurate inventory data and to streamline customer service. The development process adopts the Waterfall methodology, ensuring a structured and sequential approach. The resulting solution is a digital platform capable of recording transactions systematically through both web and mobile interfaces, significantly improving data reliability and service efficiency.
