Abstract
Inventory management plays a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations. This study aims to implement a web-based inventory prediction system using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method at a local garment production business, Tempat Bikin Kaos, located in Sragen Regency. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto approach was chosen for its ability to handle uncertain and ambiguous data effectively. Historical inventory data were utilized as input to build the predictive model. The prediction process involved fuzzification, fuzzy rule formulation, and defuzzification to generate forecast outputs. The results show that the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method provides a high level of prediction accuracy compared to conventional approaches. Performance evaluation using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric yielded a score of 11.5166%, indicating the model's capability to significantly reduce forecasting errors. Therefore, this method offers a valuable decision-support tool for businesses to determine optimal inventory levels and improve inventory-related decision-making.
