Abstract
The adoption of e-learning has become an effective alternative solution to various challenges in conventional education systems, particularly regarding limited face-to-face interaction between teachers and students. One recurring issue is the inaccuracy in manually recording daily test scores and student attendance, which can lead to data discrepancies. To address this, a mobile-based e-learning application—APAN—was developed to support the digitalization of learning processes. The application is designed to improve the accuracy of grade recording, streamline attendance tracking, and provide digital learning materials such as e-books. It supports three user roles: admin, teacher, and student. Admins are responsible for managing system data and ensuring application stability. Teachers can input student grades, upload e-books, view attendance records, and access teaching schedules. Students are able to view their grades, download e-books, complete and submit assignments in PDF format, and check their class schedules. This application is expected to enhance both the efficiency and accuracy of digital learning activities. Keywords: E-learning, grades, attendance, assignments, e-book
