Abstract
The rapid advancement of information technology (IT) has significantly simplified various aspects of daily life, including shopping through mobile-based e-commerce applications. Manggala store currently faces challenges such as declining revenue and a decrease in customer visits due to the limitation of in-store-only purchases. This study aims to develop a mobile Android-based sales application using the Point of Sale (POS) method. The system includes key features such as promotional discounts and product transaction management, allowing customers to shop directly via a mobile application. Main features of the application include login and registration, shopping menu, purchase history, discount offers, and delivery services. The result of this study is a functional Android-based sales application that enables customers to make purchases remotely without the need to visit the store physically. This is expected to support and enhance the sales system at Manggala store. Future development is recommended to integrate delivery features using APIs for more accurate shipping cost calculations.
