Abstract
Savings and loan cooperatives (SCPs) are microfinance institutions that play a crucial role in providing access to capital and financial services for their communities, particularly for their members. However, conventional management systems often present various challenges, including slow transaction recording, the risk of data errors, and a lack of efficiency and transparency. This research aims to develop a web-based SCP system that facilitates transaction recording, employee management, installment payments, and financial reporting in a more structured and efficient manner. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, integrated with Midtrans as a payment gateway, and utilizes MySQL as its database management system. The system generates financial reports in PDF format, which can be accessed via web browsers on both smartphones and computers by administrators and customers. Based on system testing, a user satisfaction rating of 89.6% was achieved, categorized as "Strongly Agree." This result indicates that the system offers ease of use, speed, and accuracy in cooperative management. Consequently, this system effectively supports the digitalization of Service Cooperative Platforms (SCPs), enhancing service quality and transparency for members.
