Abstract
Bale'Ombe is a coffee shop located in Bantul, Yogyakarta, offering a diverse selection of food and beverages in a comfortable atmosphere, complete with free internet access. However, the traditional ordering system has resulted in several issues, including recording errors, data loss, and delays in order fulfillment. This research aims to design and implement a web-based menu reservation information system to enhance operational efficiency and improve the accuracy of order data. The development methodology employed is the waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Laravel framework, and the interface was designed using Figma. Key features include menu management, ordering, payment confirmation, receipt printing, and daily and monthly sales reports. System testing was conducted using black box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Out of the 35 black box test scenarios, all test targets were deemed valid, while the UAT results indicated an acceptance rate of 84.89%. Based on these findings, the system was considered feasible and capable of addressing the issues previously encountered at Bale'Ombe.
