Abstract

Pertiwi Lebak Kindergarten, located in the Pracimantoro District of Wonogiri Regency, currently employs manual methods for recording attendance, assessments, and managing student tuition payments. This approach presents several challenges, including the risk of data loss, delayed reporting, and low accuracy of information provided to parents. To address these issues, a web-based Academic Information System was developed, enabling teachers and parents to access student attendance and assessment data automatically, efficiently, and in real time. This research was conducted through several stages: problem identification, data collection, literature review, system analysis and design, implementation, testing, evaluation, and improvement. The system was tested using black box methods to ensure that all functions operate as intended, along with a User Acceptance Test (UAT) to evaluate user satisfaction. The UAT results indicated a satisfaction level of 84%, with a strong agreement rating, suggesting that the system was well-received and suitable for implementation at Pertiwi Lebak Kindergarten.
