Abstract
Pembangunan bangunan gedung yang beragam dan kompleks menurut salah satu aspek keselamatan yang penting dari bangunan gedung adalah keselamatan bahaya bencana kebakaran. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui tingkat keandalan bangunan gedung kuliah advanced pharmaceutical sciences learning center (APSLC) UGM Yogyakarta terhadap adanya bahaya kebakaran dengan mencari Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan gedung kuliah advanced pharmaceutical sciences learning center (APSLC) UGM Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi. Proses observasi dan penilaian empat parameter keandalan sistem pada pengamanan gedung dengan dilakukannya cheklist atau penilaian langsung dilapangan pada sistem proteksi kebakaran bangunan gedung ini, yang terdiri dari kelengkapan tapak, alat penyelamat, proteksi aktif, dan proteksi pasif dengan mengacu pada Peraturan Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 26/RRT/M/2008 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran pada Bangunan dan Lingkungan Bangunan dan Keselamatan Buku Inspeksi Bangunan (Pd-T-11-2005-C) dari Badan Litbang Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan beberapa Standar Basional Indonesia terkait untuk mengetahui berapa Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan terhadap bahaya kebakaran dengan objek pada penelitian di gedung kuliah advanced pharmaceutical sciences learning center (APSLC) UGM Yogyakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan nilai keandalan sistem keselamatan bangunan (NKSKB) dengan hasil nilai 88,26%. Nilai hasil pada sarana penyelamatan 23,15, sarana proteksi aktif 23,36, sarana proteksi pasif 17,95 dan kelengkapan tapak 23,8. Menurut dari hasil nilai keandalan sistem keselamatan yang dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya gedung kuliah advanced pharmaceutical sciences learning center (APSLC) UGM Yogyakarta sudah sangat baik dan memenuhi persyaratan dalam persiapan proteksi kebakaran pada bangunan suatu gedung. Kata kunci : Evaluasi, Keandalan, Kebakaran, Proteksi, UGM The construction of buildings that are diverse and complex according to one of the important safety aspects of buildings is fire hazard safety. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of reliability of the advanced pharmaceutical sciences learning center (APSLC) UGM Yogyakarta lecture building against fire hazards by looking for the Reliability Value of the Building Safety System building for the advanced pharmaceutical sciences learning center (APSLC) UGM Yogyakarta lecture building. This study uses the observation method. The process of observing and evaluating the four parameters of system reliability in building security is by carrying out a checklist or direct assessment in the field of the building's fire protection system, which consists of site completeness, rescue equipment, active protection, and passive protection with reference to Public Works Regulations Number 26/ RRT/M/2008 concerning Technical Requirements for Fire Protection Systems in Buildings and the Building Environment and Building Inspection Book Safety (Pd-T-11-2005-C) from the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Public Works and several related Indonesian National Standards to find out how much the System Reliability Value is Building Safety against fire hazard with objects in research at the advanced pharmaceutical sciences learning center (APSLC) UGM Yogyakarta lecture building. The results of this study are to produce a building safety system reliability value (NKSKB) with a value of 88.26%. The value of the results on rescue facilities 23.15, active protection facilities 23.36, passive protection facilities 17.95 and site completeness 23.8. According to the results of the reliability value of the safety system, it can be concluded that the UGM Yogyakarta advanced pharmaceutical sciences learning center (APSLC) lecture building is very good and meets the requirements in preparing fire protection in a building.
