Abstract

ABSTRAK Pabrik Roti Bakar Azhari merupakan salah satu UMKM yang berdomisili di Rejowinangun, kotagede, Kota Yogyakarta yang berfokus dalam produksi roti tawar. Pabrik ini menghasilkan roti tawar yang nantinya roti ini akan dijual kepada pedagang kaki lima seperti penjual roti bakar. Dalam proses pembuatan produksinya, setiap karyawan tentu saja diwajibkan mematuhi K3 yang berlaku diperusahaan salah satunya mematuhi peraturan memakai APD (Alat Pelindung Diri). Dalam beberapa kasus, ada sebagian pekerja pada tidak mematuhi protokol kerja dan berakibat menjadi kasus kecelakaan kerja. Dalam proses produksi ditemukan beberapa jenis kecelakaan kerja yang diantaranya seperti terkena percikan minyak panas, terkena panas oven, dan tangan tersayat pisau pemotong yang tentunya akan berdampak pada pekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada UMKM Roti Bakar Azhari yang di peroleh melalui metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) kemudian menganalisa potensi bahaya yang di temukan dan mencocokan nya dengan beberapa faktor kecelakaan pekerja yang di dapat melalui metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) kemudian mengusulkan strategi pengendalian untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja. Kata kunci: Job Safety Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Kecelakaan Kerja, Alat Perlindungan Diri, Produksi Roti ABSTRACT Azhari Toast Factory is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) located in Rejowinangun, Kotagede, Yogyakarta City, specializing in the production of white bread. This factory supplies white bread to street vendors, including toast sellers. In the production process, it is imperative for all employees to adhere to the applicable occupational health and safety (K3) regulations, particularly those concerning the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). However, there have been instances where some workers have failed to comply with established safety protocols, resulting in workplace accidents. Various types of work-related incidents have been documented during the production process, including exposure to hot oil, heat from the oven, and cuts from cutting knives, all of which pose significant risks to workers' safety. The objective of this study is to identify the factors contributing to workplace accidents at the Azhari Toast MSME through the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. Subsequently, the study will analyze the potential hazards identified and correlate them with various factors associated with worker accidents using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. Finally, the study aims to propose a control strategy to mitigate the occurrence of workplace accidents.
