Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada bulan maret CV. Cahaya Setia Mulia memproduksi 2000 produk sarung tangan, terdapat empat jenis kerusakan yang terjadi di CV. Cahaya Setia Mulia yaitu jarum jahit retak, benang jahit terputus, kerusakan pada Vbelt, dan kerusakan pada dinamo mesin. Setelah dihtitung menggunakan metode OEE diketahui bahwa nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yaitu sebesar 53,71%, hal ini menunjukan bahwa belum memenuhi nilai standar OEE yaitu sebesar 85%. Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan efektvitas produksi dan rendahnya nilai OEE pada mesin jahit di CV. Cahaya Setia Mulia yaitu Reduce Speed Losses dengan presentase sebesar 50%. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya penurunan kecepatan yang dibawah standart karena telatnya supply bahan baku yang dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku yang dapat menjamin ketersediaan bahan baku dalam jumlah yang tepat, pada waktu yang tepat, dan dengan biaya yang optimal. Dalam analisis biaya menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP), dengan teknik Lot For Lot (LFL) menunjukkan efisiensi tertinggi dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 45.018.000, karena tidak melibatkan biaya penyimpanan. Sementara itu, teknik Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) mencatat total biaya Rp. 76.369.950, dan teknik Period Order Quantity (POQ) memiliki total biaya tertinggi sebesar Rp. 81.860.000, yang disebabkan oleh biaya penyimpanan dari kelebihan bahan baku yang dipesan. Kata kunci : Material Requirement Planning, Peramalan, LFL, EOQ, POQ ABSTRACT In March, CV Cahaya Setia Mulia produced 2,000 glove products. However, four types of damage were identified: cracked sewing needles, broken sewing threads, damage to the V-belt, and damage to the machine dynamo. After calculating the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) using the OEE method, it was determined that the OEE value was 53.71%. This rate indicates that the production did not meet the standard OEE value of 85%. The primary factor contributing to decreased production effectiveness and the low OEE value for the sewing machines at CV Cahaya Setia Mulia was reduced speed losses, which accounted for 50%. This speed reduction occurred due to delays in the supply of necessary raw materials. To address this issue, a raw material inventory management system is essential to ensure the availability of raw materials in the correct quantities, at the appropriate times, and optimal costs. In the cost analysis conducted using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method, the Lot For Lot (LFL) technique demonstrated the highest efficiency, resulting in a total cost of Rp 45,018,000, as it does not incur storage costs. In contrast, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) technique recorded a total cost of Rp 76,369,950, while the Period Order Quantity (POQ) technique had the highest total cost of Rp 81,860,000, primarily due to the storage costs associated with excess raw materials ordered.
