Abstract
This research aims to reduce manual guest registration and streamline the process of recording and monitoring guest visits in real time at the Gmedia Prime Building. The system captures guest facial images via a camera installed in the front office area. Identification is performed using facial recognition with the face_recognition library in Python, followed by facial classification through the cosine similarity method to match facial feature vectors with data stored in the database. The system was developed as a web-based application, utilizing Vue.js for the front end and Express.js for the back end. It consists of two separate applications: a front office application used by guests during check-in and check-out, and an admin application for staff to manage guest data and monitor visits in real time. Test results demonstrate that the system recognizes guest faces with 98% accuracy and enhances data collection efficiency compared to manual methods. Therefore, this system offers an accurate, efficient, and practical solution for guest registration and monitoring. Keywords: Guest Registration, Facial Recognition, Web
