Abstract

Quality healthcare is essential to public well-being, and medical clinics play a vital role in delivering it. According to Minister of Health Regulation No. 269 of 2008, every doctor is required to create a medical record immediately after providing patient care. Rahma Medika Clinic, which offers outpatient services, laboratory tests, and treatments, faces challenges related to the management of inefficient and decentralized medical and administrative data. This study developed and implemented a Flutter-based digital medical record and administration system at Rahma Medika Clinic. The results demonstrate improved service efficiency and effectiveness through accelerated administrative processes, reduced data errors, and enhanced consistency and accuracy of patient information.
