Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. DYN Fashion Indonesia, a fashion company, faced challenges with manual inventory management. The inventory system is designed to improve efficiency and accuracy in product inventory control. Utilizing information technology, the system includes various modules for recording incoming and outgoing goods, ordering products, tracking stock levels, and managing supplier and sales data. The implementation of this system is expected to reduce human error, accelerate the procurement process, and ensure product availability. The system development methodology used was prototyping, while the system design was carried out using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The system was developed using MySQL and PHP for database management and administration. Furthermore, regular user training and periodic system audits are recommended to ensure optimal usage and data accuracy. Overall, this system can provide significant benefits in inventory management, improve operational efficiency, and support more responsive and effective business performance at PT.
