Abstract
DESIGNING AN ONLINE NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THE RAKASIWA MUSIC COURSE ABSTRACT Rakasiwa Music in Kulon Progo Regency faces challenges with the manual registration process for new students, resulting in lengthy registration times and a high risk of errors. This study aims to design an online student registration information system to streamline and accelerate the process. The methods employed included observation, interviews, and a literature review. The analysis identified the need for a system capable of efficiently and accurately managing student registration, payments, scheduling, and data administration. The system design incorporated use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and interface design. Implementing this information system is expected to reduce registration time and minimize errors, thereby simplifying the management of new student registration data at Rakasiwa Music. In conclusion, the proposed information system can enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the registration process at Rakasiwa Music.
