Abstract
Abstrak Proses produksi batik kayu di Sanggar Peni Krebet berperan penting dalam melestarikan budaya lokal dan mendukung perekonomian, namun pekerja menghadapi risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal akibat posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis saat melakukan aktivitas seperti pemahatan, pengampelasan, pembatikan, dan perebusan. Berdasarkan kuesioner NBM pada 15 pekerja, keluhan tertinggi ditemukan di lengan atas kanan (100%), pergelangan tangan kanan (100%), dan pinggang (88%). Penelitian menggunakan metode RULA dan REBA mengungkapkan aktivitas pembatikan memiliki risiko sangat tinggi (RULA 7, REBA 11), memerlukan perbaikan segera, sedangkan perebusan memiliki risiko sedang hingga tinggi (RULA 5, REBA 9), membutuhkan investigasi dan perubahan. Usulan alat bantu ergonomis dirancang berdasarkan dimensi antropometri, seperti meja dan kursi batik untuk pembatikan menggunakan persentil 5, 50, dan 95 dari beberapa dimensi tubuh, seperti tinggi popliteal (41,6 cm) dan tinggi siku duduk (23,6 cm). Untuk perebusan, rancangan alat bantu mempertimbangkan dimensi tinggi badan (143 cm) dan tinggi siku berdiri (103,5 cm). Penyesuaian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kenyamanan pekerja dan mengurangi risiko cedera. Kata Kunci: Gangguan Muskuloskeletal, RULA, REBA, EFD, Produksi Batik Kayu Abstract The wooden batik production process at the Peni Krebet Studio plays a vital role in preserving local culture and supporting the economy, but workers face the risk of musculoskeletal disorders due to unergonomic working positions during activities such as carving, sanding, batik, and boiling. Based on the NBM questionnaire on 15 workers, the highest complaints were found in the right upper arm (100%), right wrist (100%), and waist (88%). Research using the RULA and REBA methods revealed that batik activities have a very high risk (RULA 7, REBA 11), requiring immediate improvement, while boiling has a moderate to high risk (RULA 5, REBA 9), requiring investigation and change. Proposed ergonomic aids are designed based on anthropometric dimensions, such as batik tables and chairs for batik using the 5th, 50th, and 95th percentiles of several body dimensions, such as popliteal height (41.6 cm) and sitting elbow height (23.6 cm). For boiling, the design of the aids takes into account height (143 cm) and standing elbow height (103.5 cm). These adjustments aim to improve worker comfort and reduce the risk of injury.
