Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to develop a mobile technology-based management system to enhance operational efficiency at Widia Collection Boutique, a producer of Muslim fashion. The motivation-driven study focuses on the challenges of manual stock management and transaction recording, which have led to errors and inefficiencies. The designed system includes features for managing inventory, recording incoming and outgoing goods, and processing transactions. The research employs the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach using the Waterfall model, with system testing conducted through Blackbox Testing. Results indicate that the mobile application effectively optimizes boutique management, improves data accuracy, supports data-driven decision-making, and enhances the user experience. The primary innovation of this research lies in the system’s ability to update data without altering item or transaction codes, thereby maintaining data integrity and increasing flexibility in stock management.
