Abstract
ABSTRACT This research developed a mobile web-based internship management system for the Melawi Education Office to replace manual processes that often delay feedback and reduce data accuracy. The system facilitates structured internship management through a web interface built with Next.js and a mobile application developed with Flutter, both connected to a RESTful API (Node.js/Express) and MongoDB. Key features include role-based authentication, GPS attendance with geofencing (location radius), daily report uploads, mentor assessments and feedback, and a real-time, concise dashboard. The development process followed the analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages from February to June 2025. Functional verification was performed using black-box testing on all modules. Results demonstrated that each feature operated according to specifications, the interface responded promptly, and data consistency was maintained, thereby enhancing the monitoring process. Overall, this internship management system improves administrative efficiency, record-keeping accuracy, and transparency in mentor evaluations at the Melawi Education Office. Keywords: Management System, Internship, GPS Attendance, Melawi Education Office.
